Excellent product as advertised and service

The blinds ship from the us. Right now I would rather order from a Canadian company. The .ca website was misleading. also I hadn’t seen that the margin of opening with my blinds would allow for 3/4 inch on either side for light to come through which was worded in a way that I didn’t recognize as saying that. I also did search to have them replaced, and then contacted charities to donate them, but they wouldn’t take them. The blinds being on a mega sale of 40 dollars, while having the casing and shipping create a blind order for around 330 for 2 blinds was not what I expected either when I got into this order, but went ahead thinking I would be happy.

very happy with the floor to ceiling drapes custom purchased for my condo windows. They look beautiful, seamless ordering and delivery.

Needed to update a door with paper blinds, and my office room that gets sunsets and some intense sunset heat. Googled and checked options - whether the sale happening was authentic, or just a good marketing method, it got me to the right products, and smart measuring on my part made for a great process from ordering to installing. Truly easy to stick up, and functional, I'm very happy!

I am enjoying the blinds. The one thing I would complain about is the safety cord cover. The ratio of accessible cord vs the length of the cover should be adjusted. The cord has already been shortened to 60% of the length. And the way the cover has been designed, you have to inch the cord through to make adjustments. It's extremely frustrating, and unnecessary as the cord is already shorter than the height of small children and pets.

The cover is required due to Canada’s Corded Window Covering Regulations, which do not allow a reachable cord of more than 22 cm anywhere on the blind. This is why the cover limits access and requires the cord to be adjusted in smaller increments. If ease of operation is a priority, we do also offer cordless and motorized options that remove the need for cords entirely.
